Order Processing Time
Once you place an order with Olventria LLC, our team diligently works to prepare it for shipment. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed after 5 PM EST on Friday, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Coverage
Currently, Olventria LLC ships exclusively within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the customer fails to collect it, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping fees or a refund will be issued for the product cost.

At Olventria LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our exquisite fragrances. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help make your return process smooth and easy.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your fragrance item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all original seals intact. Due to the nature of our products (perfumes) and for hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been used, opened, or have had their seals broken, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the process and, if your return is approved, will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
4. Return Shipping
Olventria LLC will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send your eligible item(s) back to us. No restocking fee will be charged for returns.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved and meets the eligibility criteria (item is unused, unopened, with intact seals), we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of business days, depending on your card issuer’s or payment provider’s policies.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund following our return policy, and then place a new order for the item you desire.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will arrange for a return of the damaged/incorrect item and promptly send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, once the issue is verified.

As mentioned in our eligibility criteria, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or have had their original seals broken, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
