1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your fragrance item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all original seals intact. Due to the nature of our products (perfumes) and for hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been used, opened, or have had their seals broken, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the process and, if your return is approved, will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

4. Return Shipping

Olventria LLC will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send your eligible item(s) back to us. No restocking fee will be charged for returns.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved and meets the eligibility criteria (item is unused, unopened, with intact seals), we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of business days, depending on your card issuer's or payment provider's policies.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund following our return policy, and then place a new order for the item you desire.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt (within 48 hours) at support@olventria.com or +1 (702) 896-3901. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will arrange for a return of the damaged/incorrect item and promptly send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, once the issue is verified.

8. Non-Returnable Items

As mentioned in our eligibility criteria, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or have had their original seals broken, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

9. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@olventria.com or +1 (702) 896-3901. We can only cancel orders that have not yet entered the shipping process. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it falls under our standard return policy.

10. Shipping Information

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Rates & Times: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders. Your order will typically arrive within 3-5 business days after it has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Restrictions: Olventria LLC currently ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
